WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Monday

11:43 a.m. - An employee of the Prescription Shoppe, 2005 State St., reported a fraudulent prescription was turned in to the pharmacy. They reported the prescription was from the same doctor as one reported last week. The person who had the prescription was interviewed. An investigation is ongoing.

Sunday

4:35 p.m. - An employee of Daviess Community Hospital reported a boy was in the ER with a dog bite from a home at 14 Terrace Park Drive. The wound was minor.

Saturday

8:30 p.m. - Phillip Diaz, 206 E. Pearl St., said his vehicle was vandalized by two men who were shouting at him. Suspects were named.

COUNTY REPORT

Saturday

5 p.m. - A caller reported an accident on SR 57 near the Gil Hodges bridge.

No one was injured in the accident but a male, Kelly Barber, was taken into custody by deputies.

1:48 p.m. - A female caller said someone dumped trash in her yard at 15069N 800E. A suspect was named.

11:43 a.m. - A caller advised of a loose trash bag on SR 58 west of Odon.

INDOT was advised.

Friday

9:13 p.m. - A caller reported a car in a ditch on CR 800N, east of CR 900E.

A report was completed.

1:18 p.m. - A caller on CR 550S reported cattle was out. The owner was contacted and the cattle was put up.

7:57 a.m. - A male caller said he was in an accident on  SR 58. A minor accident report was completed.

ARRESTS

Ty Walford, 38, Montgomery, was arrested by city police Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $6,500 bond.

Aaron Fox, 38, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was being held without bond.

Kevin Flax, 25, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday on a warrant for dealing in marijuana within 1,000 feet of a government housing complex, possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. He was being held without bond.

Raymond Yelladay, 30, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday on a warrant for dealing in marijuana within 1,000 feet of a government housing complex, possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement, battery on a police officer and obstruction of justice. He was being held on $19,000 bond.

Michael Anthony Andi, 28, Washington, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff's deputies Saturday on a failure to appear warrant for public intoxication. He was released with on $1,000 bond.

Kelly Maurice Barber, 50, Washington, was arrested by sheriff¹s deputies Saturday for battery by means of a deadly weapon, child endangerment and battery. He was released on $12,000 bond.

Ethan Jerome Doyle, 19, Montgomery, was arrested by state police Saturday for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. He was released on $10,500 bond.

Christopher D. Hatt, 40, Petersburg, was arrested by sheriff¹s deputies Saturday for battery. He was released on $2,000 bond.
