CITY REPORT

Wednesday

1:07 p.m. - Jerry Stone advised that Tuesday night his black zuma moped was stolen from outside his residence, at 1409 Vincennes Ave. Stone advised that he's in possession of his keys. Complaintant advised that he had a 2002 Black Zuma Moped stolen in the past. Stone doesn't have the serial number for the stolen moped. Also, there is black tape on rear left tail light and the front bumper is hanging down. Complaintant believes he knows where moped is and provided that information to officers.

12:23 p.m. - Larry Brown advised he has found a mixed breed dog at his residence at 610 W. Main St., and is requesting animal control.

11:47 a.m. - Walmart employee called to advise she has a shoplifter has a shoplifter in her office.

COUNTY REPORT

Tuesday

7:55 a.m. - Amanda J. Fleener reported a vehicle hit the overhead bridge at

I-69 and Troy Road. No one was hurt and a minor accident report was completed.

5:38 a.m. - A caller said a vehicle slid into a guard rail on U.S. 50 near Maysville Road. The caller said the road is slick and hazardous. An accident report is being completed.

4:53 a.m. - A caller said a vehicle was in the median of U.S. 50 near Maysville Road. The vehicle was towed.

ARRESTS

Michael C. Filbert, 46, Bicknell, was arrested by city police Tuedsay for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. He was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $2,000 bond.

Raul Martinez Guzman, 28, Washington, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday on a failure to appear warrant for never receiving a license. He was being held on $5,000 bond.
