12:53 p.m. - A female caller reported a dog in a vehicle at Walmart, 100 Bypass 50 Plaza.

10:41 a.m. - Connie Phillips, 707 E. Main St., reported a parking problem.

9:14 a.m. - Sgt. John Lagle was stopped on a ordinance violation on SR 57N and William Street.


7:12 p.m. - Alexandra Rosa, 825 S.E. Third St., reported a theft from a bank account.

6:15 p.m. - A caller at the West End Fire Station reported a fire behind the city wastewater treatment plant at 600 W. Oak St.

5:31 p.m. - Mike Thurman, 110 S.E. 13th St., reported vandalism to his son’s bike.

3:19 p.m. - Rita Bauer, 251 Apraw Road, reported a breaking and entering at the house.



1:55 a.m. - A caller reported cattle out on SR 58 just east of Odon. A brown bull and spotted cows were seen.


5:16 p.m. - A male caller at 81E 100S reported vandalism to his fence. A suspect was named and an incident report was created.

10:30 a.m. - A caller reported leftover drug trash on land near CRs 900E and 400S. A deputy located and then disposed of the items.

11:19 a.m. - A male caller reported an accident on CRs 1100N and 700E. A wrecker was used to get the vehicle off the road and an accident report was being completed.


Andrew Lange, 33, Somerset, Ky., was arrested by city police Tuesday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was taken to the Daviess County Security Center where he is being held without bond.
