Monday

6:41 a.m. - A woman reported someone spray painted a profanity on a rental truck parked in the 100 block of East Hefron Street.

1:56 a.m. - A woman reported someone forced open a window to her home while she was gone and ransacked her apartment at 412 E. Flora St.

12:44 p.m. - An employee at Fast Max at 1200E. Nat’l Hwy. reported a vehicle drove off without paying for $42.38 in gas.

Sunday

6:28 p.m. - The owner at the City Motel at 1115E. Nat’l Hwy. reported a power outage. Line crews found a squirrel had shorted out a transformer. Power was restored at 6:57 p.m.

1:07 a.m. - A resident said the tires of a vehicle were slashed while parked at 301 Dewey Ave.

Saturday

7:52 p.m. - Police received a report that someone found trash left over from a meth lab near the Victory Tabernacle Church at 1419 W. Walnut St.

5:56 p.m. - An employee at Chuckles at 201 N.E. Fifth St. reported someone drove away without paying for $34.56 in gas.

9:54 p.m. - A man reported seeing someone messing with his vehicle at 617 S.W. Third St. and that the tires had been flattened.

12:48 p.m. - An employee at Fast Max at 1200 E. Nat’l Hwy. reported someone drove off without paying for $15 in gas.

COUNTY REPORT

Sunday

10:22 a.m. - A trash lab was reported near the Old Bed in Washington. There were three labs collected.

1:09 a.m. - A caller at 3297N 775E near Montgomery reported a vehicle was off in a ditch. The male subject driving the vehicle was not injured but was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday

6:30 a.m. - A caller on U.S. 50E near Montgomery reported hitting a deer.

Friday

11:54 p.m. - Chuckles in Odon reported a drive off of $10 in gas.

4:27 p.m.- A caller near 2255E 300S, Washington, reported someone had damaged a camper.

ARRESTS

Terry Christenberry, 38, Washington, was arrested Friday by Washington police on a warrant for writ of attachment. Bond was set at $3,500.

Natalie Graber, 32, Loogootee, was arrested Friday by Washington police on a warrant for writ of attachment. Bond was set at $4,300.

Tamara Smith, 46, Washington, was arrested Friday by Washington police on a warrant for failure to appear. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Daniel Smith, 49, Washington, was arrested Friday by Washington police on three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated .15 percent or less, operating a vehicle while intoxicated involving endangerment, and habitual traffic offender. Bond was set at $6,500.

Jack Riddle, 42, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on four counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated involving endangerment, refusal to submit to a chemical test, habitual traffic offender, and resisting law enforcement.

Zachary Hinkle, 25, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on two counts of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $4,000.

Zachary Booker, 20, Plainville, was arrested Saturday by Indiana State police on a warrant for four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. He was released on $7,500 bond.

Kristie Quiggins, 28, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on two counts of possession of methamphetamine and neglect of a dependent. Bond was set at $5,000.

Chad Mattingly, 37, Washington, was arrested Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for driving while suspended with a prior misdemeanor. No bond was set.

Robert Pruett, 36, Louisville, Ky., was arrested Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on warrant for two counts of child molesting. He is being held on $350,000 bond.

Jessie Harrell, 25, Montgomery, was arrested Monday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,000.

GIBSON COUNTY ARREST

Christopher R. Hale, 30, Washington, was arrested Sunday by the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department for public intoxication. He remains in the Gibson County Jail. Bond was set at $550.
