Friday

8:07 a.m. - Latosha Miller reported a stolen car on CR 150N. The matter was transferred to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.

3:29 a.m. - A Daviess County Sheriff’s Department dispatcher relayed a call from Chuckle’s,1830 SR 57, of a drive-off by an two-toned SUV. No one was found.

Thursday

8:42 p.m. - An employee of Chuckle’s, 201 N.E. Fifth St., reported a drive-off worth $100.02 in gas.

5:09 p.m. - A female caller reported a break-in at 1202 State St. Entry was gained from the front door and medication was reported missing.

COUNTY REPORT

Thursday

5:35 p.m. - A caller at 14443N 550E reported a problem with his cattle and a neighbor’s dogs. The caller said he was going to shoot the dogs if they did not stop. A deputy spoke with both individuals and the dogs’ owner said he would keep the dogs inside.

4:19 p.m. - A caller reported an accident near 2262S SR 57 where a vehicle took out four mailboxes. A minor accident report was completed.

3:36 p.m. - A North Daviess school bus driver reported a stop arm violation on CR 1000N. A burgundy Chevrolet Aveo with a female driver was seen disregarding the arm.

ARRESTS

Shawna Campbell, 19, Washington, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe. She was being held without bond at the Daviess County Security Center.

Kristie Fox, 39, Washington, was arrested by city police on two failure to appear warrants. She was being held on $2,000 bond.

Justina Walls, 36, Washington, was arrested by city police on two petitions to revoke suspended sentences. She was being held on $50,000 bond.

Shawn Leathers, 32, Washington, was arrested by city police on an out-of-county warrant. He was being held without bond.
