BICKNELL — The Barr-Reeve volleyball team defeated North Knox Thursday in three straight games (25-19, 25-19, 25-19). Molly Wallace and Jenna Knepp had 10 points apiece. Knepp also added 35 assists. Hania Sisco had 10 kills.

Cardinals win Blue Chip

The Washington Catholic boys soccer team won its fourth Blue Chip Conference title with a 7-0 win over the North Knox Thursday night. Blaine Fuhs scored all seven goals to bring his season total to 39. Brody Wilson and AJ Sellers each had two assists, Brandon Strange, Josh Fiscus, and Nik OBrian each had an assist.

The Washington Catholic girls soccer team defeated the North Knox 1-0 on a unassisted goal by Elizabeth Perkins Thursday night.

Vikings defeat Shoals

MONTGOMERY — The Barr-Reeve junior high volleyball teams defeated Shoals Thursday night. The eighth grade (15-1) defeated Shoals in two straight games (25-8, 25-9). Kacey Jones had 12 serves, while Nicole McMullen had 11 serves. The seventh grade (13-1) defeated Shoals in two straight games (25-11, 25-9). Kara Hughes had 14 serves, while Moriah Bullock had 12 and Hannah Graber had 9.
