Barr-Reeve tops Orleans twice

MONTGOMERY — Barr-Reeve's seventh and eighth grade girls basketball teams defeated Orleans in a pair of games Monday.

Barr-Reeve (8-1) won the eighth grade game, 39-19. Leah Bullock led Barr-Reeve with 11 points, Peyton Lengacher and Megan Graber scored seven each, Hannah Graber and Emily Schultheis six each and Macin Graber two.

Barr-Reeve also won the seventh grade game, 27-17. Kacey Jones led Barr-Reeve (7-2) with 11 points, Tyanna Graber scored nine, Annie Graber three, Courtney Howell two and Bailey Graber one.

Neff propels Hatchets

Reid Neff scored 15 points to lead Washington¹s eighth grade boys basketball team past Vincennes Rivet, 63-27, Tuesday.

Austin Moody and Max Lancaster added 13 points apiece for the Hatchets (9-2). Logan Allen scored eight, Matthew Stephans six, Austin Fox four and Jacob Overton and Chase Clymer two each.

Hatchets defeat Patriots

Washington's seventh grade boys basketball defeated Vincennes Rivet, 57-9.

Billy Fleetwood scored 22 points for Washington, Wesley Edwards scored eight, Evan Francis, Gage Latham and Marcus Thorne four each, Sam Erb and Michael Deaves three each, Isaac Whitehead, Jamal Robinson, Cameron Osmon and Jake Ledgerwood two each and Cory Robinson one.
