Pike Central wins at Loogootee

PETERSBURG —

The Loogootee softball team scored two in the first inning, but only two rans in the next six innings as they lost at Pike Central 9-4.

The Lions held a 2-1 lead after one inning, before  Pike Central rallied to score eight runs in the third, fourth and fifth innings.

Madison Zins, Remington Wagler and Chassidy Bridges had two hits a piece for the Lions. Zins and Wagler each had an RBI.
