Published May 18, 2008 11:43 pm - Danielle Lynn Lengacher, daughter of Wendell and Juanita Lengacher of Loogootee, and Jeffrey Lee Wagler, son of Ervin and Mary Wagler of Plainville, were united in marriage July 7, 2007.

Danielle Lynn Lengacher, daughter of Wendell and Juanita Lengacher of Loogootee, and Jeffrey Lee Wagler, son of Ervin and Mary Wagler of Plainville, were united in marriage July 7, 2007.

The bride is a granddaughter of Ed and Loretta Slaubaugh and Fred and Norma Jean Lengacher. The bridegroom is a grandson of Martha Wagler and the late Fred Wagler and the late Neil and Alice Kemp.

The ceremony took place at Berea Mennonite Church in Cannelburg, with Eddie Graber officiating.

The bride wore a white French taffeta short sleeved princess cut gown with pinned and tucked full skirt and semi-cathedral train. The maid of honor was Nicole Lengacher. Bridesmaids were Sabrina Lengacher, Sarah Edwards and Leeza Phillips. They wore full-length dusty lavender dresses sewn by the bride’s mother. AnnaStasia Yoder, dressed in a matching taffeta bridal gown, served as the miniature bride.

Travis Yoder was best man. Groomsmen were Leon Wagler, Tony Graber and Trent Swartzentruber. Wyatt Wagler served as the miniature groom.

The flower girl, Hannah Yoder, and her escort, Dawson Yoder, were pulled in a white wagon by Josiah and Conrad Yoder. The candle lighters were Kirk Lengacher and Weston Wagler. Jon Dickson, Nolan Wagler, Darrell Wittmer and Reuben Miller served as ushers.

The musicians included Lynette Yoder, Benjamin Slaubaugh, Kent Slaubaugh, Denise Michaels and Betsy Graves. Music selections included “Holy Mystery,” “Three Part Harmony,” a flute solo of “Ave Maria” and a trumpet solo of “Trumpet Tune.”

The personal attendant was Linda Miller, and the guest book attendant was Lorissa Miller. Program distributors were Jessica Miller and BaLeigh Lengacher.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Martin County Community Building. Shelly Wagler and Kara Sherfick were reception servers. The reception host and hostesses were Brett and Loretta Lengacher and Galen and Denise Knepp. Adrian Swartzentruber served as the reception announcer.

The bride is a graduate of Loogootee High School and Oakland City University with a bachelor’s degree in education. The bridegroom is a graduate of North Daviess High School and Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

The couple resides at 8718E 650N Montgomery, IN 47558.`
