She was born at 1:04 p.m. June 9. She was 7 lbs. 11oz. and 19 inches long. Her grandparents are Carol and Larry Starr of Crete, Neb., and Dave Omer of Washington and the late Wilda Omer. Ian Franklin Muntel Mark and Sarah Muntel of Carmel announce the birth of their son, Ian Franklin Muntel. He was born at 11:14 a.m. June 10 at Community North Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs., 3 ozs. and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is welcomed by Hillary, 6, and Lucy, 3. Grandparents are Donna Muntel of Greenwood and Vic and Patty Hopkins of Washington. Great-grandmother is Clara Gaither of Washingotn. Austin Ray Payne Jeremy and Jessica Payne of Winslow announce the birth of their son, Austin Ray Payne. He was born at 7:17 a.m. June 19 at Daviess Community Hospital. He weighed 8 lbs., 11 ozs. He is welcomed by William Payne. Grandparents are Wes and Debbie Payne of Westphalia and Steve and Sally Gardner of Olney, Ill.
