Rachelle N. Gillingham and Robert L. Spickard, both of Clinton, are planning a Sept. 13 wedding at First Christian Church, Clinton.

She is the daughter of Ron M. Gillingham of Yorkstown, Va., and Lisa K. Bensen of Washington. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2004 from Robert Morris College and is employed at the Center for Cosmetic and Laser Surgery, Bloomington.

He is the son of Robert L. Spickard and Sheila M. Spickard, both of Lincoln. He is employed as a deputy sheriff in the canine unit of the DeWitt County Sheriff’s Department.
