She weighed 8 lbs., 15 ozs. and was 21 inches long. She is welcomed by Sarah, 2. Grandparents are Roger and Jane Haverstock of Elnora and Richard and Teresa Mumma of Lyons. Janessa Brianne Wagler John D. and Barbara J. Wagler of Montgomery announce the birth of their daughter, Janessa Brianne Wagler. She was born at 1:57 p.m. Sept. 30 at Daviess Community Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs., 2 ozs. and was 21 inches long. She is welcomed by Jenna Marie, 2.
