Births published week of Nov. 16 to 21 Cohen Matthew and Madilyn Elizabeth Walls Jason and Amanda Walls announce the birth of their twins, Cohen Matthew and Madilyn Elizabeth Walls. They were born Nov. 4 at Daviess Community Hospital. Cohen weighed 7 lbs., 7 ozs. and was 20 1/2 inches long. Madilyn weighed 7 lbs., 7 ozs. and was 20 inches long. They are welcomed by Drew, 4. Grandparents are Kenny and Patty Walls of Washington, Cheryl DiMaggio of Robinson, Ill., and Phil DiMaggio of Washington. Isaiah David Knepp Eldon David and Brenda Darlene Knepp of Loogootee announce the birth of their son, Isaiah David Knepp. He was born at 3:09 a.m. Nov. 6 at Daviess Community Hospital. He weighed 7 lbs., 4 ozs. and was 21 inches long. He is welcomed by Lora Kristine, 19 1/2 months. Grandparents are David D. and Naomi Knepp of Loogootee and Darrell Ray and Leah Ruth Stoll of Odon.
