WASHINGTON — Kelci Lea Newton and Kendrick Wade Swartzentruber announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Phil and Rosetta Newton of Washington. She is the granddaughter of Henry and Mary Stoll and Carolyn Newton and the late Harvey Newton. She is a 2011 graduate of Washington High School and is attending Vincennes University. She is currently employed at KneppÕs Restaurant.

The future bridegroom is the son of Donald and Shirley Swartzentruber of Washington. His grandparents are Kenny and Elizabeth Swartzentruber and Alvin Wagler and the late Mary Wagler. He is a 2011 graduate of Barr-Reeve High School and is attending Vincennes University. He is employed at D.C. Metal Sales in Cannelburg.

The wedding will be at 4:30 p.m. July 13 at Berea Mennonite Church. The reception will follow at Simon J. Graber Complex.
