MONTGOMERY — Ronald Eugene Wittmer, 33, died at 12:38 a.m. Thursday at Eastgate Manor Nursing Home in Washington.
He was born on Feb. 5, 1975, in Washington to James and Clara Louise (Stoll) Wittmer.
He was a member of the Caanon Fellowship Church in Epsom. He had a lifetime struggle with muscular dystrophy and was seriously ill for one week.
He is survived by his parents of Montgomery; maternal grandmother Ora Anna Stoll of Montgomery; two brothers, Robert Wayne and wife Darla (Graber) Wittmer and Mark Leon Wittmer, all of Montgomery; one sister, Melissa Joann Wittmer of Montgomery; and one nephew, Ryan Lee Wittmer of Montgomery.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday a Caanon Fellowship Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation was Thursday and will be from noon until 9 p.m. today at the church.
Brocksmith-Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery is in charge of arrangements.
