---- — BLOOMINGTON — Grace Lorene Chestnut Ducharme, 92, died at 7:18 a.m. Wednesday at Garden Villa Nursing Home of Bloomington.

Born June 5, 1921, in Washington, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Florence (Taylor) Chestnut.

A graduate of Elnora High School, she attended Shiloh Church. She had been a saleslady at Rexall Drug Store in Linton for several years, was an RCA employee at Bloomington for 14 years, worked at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane for several years, and Greene County Hospital for four years. She was a member of Elnora Eastern Star since 1950.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Gillette (Mike) of Bloomington; three sons, Marvin Ducharme (Mary) of Solsberry, Ronnie Ducharme (Ann) of Springville, and Frank Ducharme (Lisa) of Solsberry; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by one sister, Ines Petty; and four brothers, Vernon, Fermin, Bill and Dewey Chestnut; and one son, Rick Ducharme.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Gill Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Sims officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
