David Wolven

David L. Wolven, 67, of Washington, passed away at 5 a.m. Monday at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.

He was born Feb. 12, 1946, in Petersburg, to Rentis L. and Dorothy (Jenne) Wolven.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and was retired from Davis Trucking.

He is survived by three daughters, Davida Wolven, Jessica Reyes and Amanda Wolven, all of Washington; two sons, Austin David Wolven and Dakota Leroy Wolven, both of Washington; two brothers, Jerry Allan Wolven and Dennis Jenne, both of Washington; five grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two half brothers, Charles Ray Jenne and Franklin Raymond Jenne; and one half sister, Gloria Sue Pilot.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary, with Pastor Jewel Gilley officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.

Visitation is after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
