WASHINGTON — Wyndham H. Gabhart, 75, died Wednesday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.

Born Nov. 9, 1937 in Alfordsville, he was the son of Howard and Enid (Baker) Gabhart. He attended Alfordsville High School and was a U.S federal attorney and a real estate investor.

He is survived by a daughter, Winiferd Witney Gabhart of Owensboro, Ky.; a son, John Howard Gabhart of Shoals; nine sisters, Amy Gardner of Alfordsville, Georgia Buckley of Washington, Lorna Cooke of Georgia, Mary Bell of Ohio, Margaret Kennedy of California, Martha Branner of Indianapolis, Sarah Alvey of Washington, Christina Roach of Washington and Annie Snyder of Ohio; two brothers, Phillip Gabhart of Alfordsville and Tom Gabhart of Tennessee; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charles Gabhart.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Alfordsville Cemetery, Bro. Richard Tomlin officiating.

Visitation will be at noon Monday at the cemetery.
