WASHINGTON — Steven R. “Porky” Rainey, 44 of Washington died April 3 at Daviess Community Hospital.
He was born in Princeton to Gordon and Carlolyn Mathis Rainey. Steven was a DJ and owned Rainey Knights Karaoke.
He is survived by his mother Carolyn Sullivan of Huntington, his father and stepmother Gordon and Beverly Rainey of Winslow, sons Levi Smith of Washington and Zack, fiancee Crystle Smith of Washington, brothers Jeremy Rainey of Winslow, Phillip Wagler of Chicago, Phillip Morton of Salem, Ind., and Jay and Shane Randalph both of Winslow. He was preceded in death by his brother Scott Rainey.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Curtis Funeral Home in Winslow. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
