Helen L. (Bradley) Wedge, 76, of Washington, passed away at 8:04 p.m. Tuesday at Prairie Village Living Center.
Born Dec. 12, 1936, in Cannelburg, she was the daughter of James "Gus" and Anna (Brewer) Bradley.
She attended Montgomery High School and was a member of the Eagles. She had been a caregiver for several family members and friends before becoming ill herself in 2009.
She is survived by three sons, Michael Wedge of Salt Lake City, Utah, Patrick Wedge of Big City, Ky., and Robert Wedge of Washington; three sisters, Anna Gardner of Princeton, Katherine Paolucci of Carmel, and Theresa Case of Flat Rock, Ill.; five brothers, Ralph Bradley of Carmel, John Bradley of Indianapolis, Donald Bradley and Harold Bradley, both of Washington, and Gary Bradley of Alfordsville, 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Cecilia Bradley and Bernie Klingle; two brothers, James Bradley and Leonard Bradley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, with Rev. Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Friday at the church.
