WASHINGTON —  LOOGOOTEE – John D. Stoll, 82, died Thursday at his home.

Born April 19, 1930, in Mylo, N.D., he was the son of John and Minnie (Ashton) Stoll. A United States Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War, he served from 1947 until 1967.
