Tucker, Davis wed

Tabi Lynn Tucker, daughter of George and Sherrie Tucker of Speedway and Jill Snyder of Petersburg and the late Steve Snyder, and Jeff Davis, son of Donnie and Nancy Davis of Petersburg, were united in marriage Feb. 29 at North Myrtle Beach, S.C., with Rev. Richard Martin officiating.
The maid of honor was Molly Tucker of Lowell, sister of the bride.
David Hirata of Lowell served as best man.
A reception and dinner were held at The Birds-Nest and Original Benjamin’s Calabash Seafood.
The bride is employed at the Indiana Department of Transportation, Vincennes District.
She is the granddaughter of the late Gordon and Mildred Tucker and Ray and Marion Green, all of Petersburg.
The bridegroom is the father of Megan Davis, a freshman at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tenn., and Jeffrey Davis, a senior at Pike Central High School.
He is a self-employed crop and livestock farmer with Davis Farms. He is the great-nephew of Arthur and Millie Beck of Washington and the grandson of the late George and Fern Davis and George and Hilda Horrell.
The newlyweds attended two of Megan’s basketball games while on vacation.
The first game was at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee, and the second game was at Newberry College in South Carolina.
The couple reside at 3087W CR 350N (Cart Road), Petersburg.
