Watson and Lyon wed

Hannah Elizabeth Watson, daughter of Tom and Julie Watson of Odon, and Zachary Reed Lyon, son of Dave and Linda Lyon of Darlington, were united in marriage in a private ceremony at the Red Rocker Inn in Black Mountain, N.C., on Sept. 14. Ministers Joey Guerra and Tom Watson officiated.

The maids of honor were Jessica Miller and Susanna Watson. Bridesmaids were Keri Bowman, Shanti Buys, Megan Guerra and Hannah Lyon. The junior bridesmaid was Anessa Buys. Best man was Josiah Shirar. Groomsmen were John Burns, Nate Carnes, Jacob Cory, Clay Johnson and Andrew Watson.

Hannah is a 2010 graduate of North Daviess High School and a 2013 graduate of Vincennes University with an Associate of Applied Science degree in business management.

Zach is a 2009 graduate of North Montgomery High School in Darlington. He has an associate’s degree in conservation law enforcement and a Bachelor of Science degree in homeland security, both from Vincennes University. Zach is currently employed as the assistant director of emergency management in Montgomery County, Ind.

Two open house receptions will be held in their honor: at the Odon Community Building on Sept. 28 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and the Darlington Conservation Club on Sept. 29 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The couple will reside in Crawfordsville.
