Amber Gudorf and Jeffrey Richardson were united in marriage July 6, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, with Rev. Ray Brenner officiating.
The bride’s parents are Mark and Karen Gudorf of Jasper. Parents of the bridegroom are Thomas and Jennie Richardson of Washington.
The bride, given away by her father, chose a strapless, A-line, corset-style gown of satin with an asymmetrically pleated waist. Glass beading embellished the front and back of the skirt. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses, gerbera daisies, carnations and ranunculus.
The matron of honor was Alicia Pfau of Naperville, Ill. Bridesmaids were Lindsey Clark of Evansville, Kymberly Knust of Minneapolis, Minn., Christy Gudorf of Jasper, sister-in-law of the bride, and Grace Helming of Jasper.
The best man was Jordan Tomson of Greensburg, Penn. Groomsmen were Chad Richardson of Calabasas, Calif., cousin of the bridegroom, and Scott Gudorf of Jasper, brother of the bride. Ushers were Nathan Beyke of Jasper, cousin of the bride, and Kyan Sparks of Climax, Mich, cousin of the bridegroom.
The reception was held at the Ramada Inn in Jasper. The couple took a honeymoon trip to St. Simon Island, Ga.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Jasper High School and a 2010 graduate of University of Southern Indiana. She is a financial analyst at MasterBrand Cabinets. The bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Washington High School and a 2008 graduate of University of Southern Indiana. He is a math teacher at Loogootee Junior-Senior High School. The couple currently reside in Jasper.
