5 last-minute Christmas gifts you can buy online

There are only five days left until Christmas, and many people are scrambling to finish their holiday shopping. But there is still time to find last-minute gifts for family and friends, without having to spend hours roaming the local shopping mall.

If you haven’t finished your Christmas shopping, check out these gift ideas courtesy of Offers.com.

Buy online, ship to store. Retailers are rolling out sales until Christmas, and by purchasing online and picking up gifts in their local store, consumers can check store inventory online to make sure the product is in stock, and then buy online with coupon codes for added savings. Offers.com has a list of 19 stores where consumers can buy online and pick up in store, including ToysRUs.com, BestBuy.com, and Sears.com.

Buy eGift certificates or daily deals. More than 100 retailers offer gift certificates that can be bought online, then e-mailed to the recipient. Many retailers – such as Amazon.com – also offer printable gift cards, so the perfect present is just a click-and-print away. Consumers can also buy restaurant or Daily Deals vouchers and give those as gifts.

Shop right up until the last day. There are many stores that offer Christmas delivery with express shipping that can be bought online up until the last minute. There are also many stores that will be open on Christmas Eve -- and even some Christmas Day -- giving shoppers who are really in a hurry extra time to shop for gifts. To find out which stores will be open, consumers can check out a list of stores open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day on Offers.com.

Gift Clubs - The gift that gives all year long. Last-minute shoppers can give the gift that keeps on giving year-round when they sign up for a gift of the month club. A gift will show up each month to the gift recipient's home. Consumers can find Gift Clubs for every person and interest, including wine of the month clubs, cheese of the month clubs, and even dog treats of the month clubs.

Buy it, print it, and gift it. This is the art of giving the gift as a picture. It is a great last-minute way to give gifts to friends you may have forgotten about. All shoppers need to do is buy online, print a picture of the product, and then put the picture in a card telling the recipient the gift is on its way.
