ELNORA — State officers served an arrest warrant on a Plainville man Tuesday for arson, a class B felony.

Justin Fraley, 26, was served the warrant by the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office and the Indiana State Police while in the Pike County Jail on burglary and theft charges. Fraley is also being held awaiting charges in Daviess, Dubois and Martin counties.
