American Senior Communities is proud to introduce two new leaders at Eastgate Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation. Randy Padgett, HFA serves as the executive director of the community and Debbie Devine, RN BSN is the new director of nursing.
Randy Padgett, a lifelong Greene County resident, comes to Eastgate Manor with 13 years of long-term care experience and 13 years of acute-care experience. He and his wife Lynn have three children and one grandson. In his free time, Randy enjoys the outdoors, golfing and spending time with his family. “I’m very happy to be on the team, I look forward to contributing to the great support systems already in place here at Eastgate.” Randy said.
Debbie Devine was born and raised in Washington and in addition to her role at Eastgate Manor, she is a local business owner. She and her husband Brad have four children and one granddaughter. Debbie is also a certified Alzheimer’s support group facilitator. Asked for comment, Debbie said, “I’m ecstatic to have joined this team, I feel this is a great opportunity for all of us.”
Together, Randy and Debbie are working with Eastgate Manor’s existing team to provide the best in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice and respite care to the local community. Eastgate Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is located at 2119 E. Nat’l Hwy. in Washington.
