The Washington Carnegie Public Library offers the following youth programs in September:
Lapsit Rhyme Time on Sept. 5, 12, 19 for 4 months to 23 months old with a caregiver from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Activities will include stories, singing, and action rhymes.
Toddler Time on Sept. 6, 13, 20 for 2-3-year-olds with a caregiver from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Stories and rhymes on weekly themes will be shared.
Preschool Power on Sept. 3, 10, 17 for 4-5-year-olds from 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Great stories, songs, and rhymes will reinforce early literacy skills.
Sign-ups are required, call the Youth Department at 254-4586 to sign up or for more information.
Lego Fun on Sept. 5 from 4:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. for 6-year-olds and older to build, create, and have fun around a monthly theme. Registration not required.
