This Friday they had a short ceremony where a new rock garden space was created by Ned Kent, a 100-year-old man who lives and gardens at the Legends.

Daviess County Turkey Trot Festival continues in Montgomery this weekend, Sept. 7-10. Turkey racing, carnival rides and food, horse pulls, mud volleyball, Sawyer Brown on Saturday night, beer garden and demolition derby on Sunday afternoon.

Max and Katie Slough, from Linton, demonstrate rope making at the White River Valley Antique Association Show in Elnora. The Sloughs have been making rope at the show for the last 17 years.
