ELNORA — More details and names have been released in the fatal accident that killed four Thursday night near Elnora.

Matthew Grimes was traveling southbound driving a 2013 Chrysler 200. Passengers in the vehicle were Jessica Krohn, Maddalynn Grimes and Isabella Pfingston.

Rodney Page was traveling westbound driving a 2018 Ford F-150 with no passengers

For an unknown reason, Grimes failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and pulled into the path of the Ford F-150.

The deceased are Matthew Grimes, 26, from Evansville; Jessica Krohn, 24, from Evansville; Maddalynn Grimes, 5, from North Charleston, South Carolina (Matthew's daughter) and Isabella Pfingston, 7, from Boonville.

Page, 41, from Plainville, was transported to the Daviess Community Hospital with a head injury.

Alcohol or drugs are not believed to be a factor at this time, however toxicology reports are pending.

The Daviess County Sheriff's office is investigating the accident.
