Wednesday

4:41 p.m. - A caller on SR 57 reported a possible intoxicated driver.

1:03 p.m. - A caller on SR 57 near Plainville reported a lot of debris over the roadway.

11:39 a.m. - A caller at the Odon Chuckles reported that a red Ford truck drove off without paying for fuel.

5:44 a.m. - A caller on U.S. 50 near CR 800E reported that he hit a deer and was uninjured but did not know where the deer went.

CITY REPORT

Thursday

1:22 p.m. - A complainant on station reported that his wife had received a letter from California stating she needed to pay $170 to have her driving record corrected. The complainant was advised this was a scam.

12:27 p.m. - Raymond Wright, 407 NE First St., reported several items including a tape measure, chains and a tool case, had been taken from his vehicle while it was parked at the residence.

11:43 a.m. - A caller on E. Nat’l Hwy. reported moped parts had been found in her trash can.

9:18 a.m- A caller at Family Video, 310 SE Fifth St., reported a young child left unattended. CPS was called.

2:49 a.m. - An employee of Chuckles, SR 57, reported a drive off of $40 worth of fuel.

Wednesday

7:52 a.m. - A caller on Pearl St. requested extra patrol after his plastic trash can was burn close to his garage and some other strange occurrences had been happening in the area.

ARRESTS

Erik M. Tosti, 35, Odon, was arrested Wednesday by Odon police on two counts of domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. Bond was set at $4,000.

Adam J. Fisher, Freelandville, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a writ of attachment. Bond was set at $33,398.

Tracy Russell Miles, 43, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by Washington police on two counts of possession of a schedule IV substance and unlawful possession of a syringe. Bond was set at $5,000.
