Sunday

8:24 a.m. — A caller near 1200 N. and north 425 E., Elnora, reported a car had slid through the intersection and hit a tree. Minor injuries were reported and a state report will be filed.

10:34 a.m.— A caller on Adaline Street, Elnora, reported someone had broken into his mother’s garage in the last week.

Friday

11:05 a.m. — A caller near 5692 N. 900 E., Montgomery, reported a personal injury accident. A state report will be filed.

Saturday

6:30 p.m. — A caller on Van Trees Street reported that someone had stolen his trailer.

ARRESTS

Arnulfo Dubon-Orellana, 35, Washington, was arrested Monday by Washington police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while never receiving a license. Bond was set at $2,000.

Brian Berry, 44, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear. He was releases on $2,500 bond.

Amber Leonard, 38, Washington, was arrested Saturday by Indiana State Police on a warrant for second petition to revoke a suspended sentence, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and trafficking with an inmate. Bond was set at $100,000.

Jarius Allen, 31, Washington, was arrested Friday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for two counts of child molesting, child molesting, fondling or touching a child under 15, two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, incest, child exploitation and sexual conduct in the presence of a minor. Bond was set at $500,000.

Robert Bateman, 42, Washington, was arrested Friday by Washington police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal. No bond was set.

Thomas Waltz, 48, Washington, was arrested Friday by Washington police on a warrant for failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000.

Joshua Davis, 37, Shoals, was arrested Saturday for obstruction of a firefighter and aggressive driving. Bond was set at $15,000.

Frank Kane, 55, Loogootee, was arrested Jan. 13 for criminal mischief. Bond was set at $10,000.

Brandon Stone, 36, Shoals, was arrested Jan. 13 on a warrant and additional changes possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Sherry Gibson, 46, Shoals, was arrested Jan. 13 on a warrant and additional charges of possession of methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Storm Bradley, 20, Shoals, was arrested Jan. 13 for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Calvin Gibson, 64, Shoals, was arrested Jan. 13 for charged with possession of methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was set.
