8:08 a.m. — Police were called to a burglary at 221 Sundale Trailer Court.

6:02 p.m. — Officers received a report of a two-vehicle property damage accident near the intersection of Northeast First and East Main streets.

7:35 p.m. — A man told police someone stole the prescription medication from his home at 103 N.E. 15th St.

Friday

12:09 a.m. — Officers received a report of a one-vehicle property damage traffic accident at 209 N.W. Sixth St.

Wednesday

5:53 a.m. — A caller on Troy Road reported that someone had taken several items from his property including clothing, batteries, titles, keys, cigarettes and $5,000. The property owner also found a cellphone on the property.

Thursday

4:50 p.m. — A deputy reported coming across a motorcycle accident at CR 700S and CR 200E. The rider sustained some road rash and an ankle sprain.

6:39 p.m. — The sheriff’s department was called to a one-vehicle property damage accident at the Antioch Mine.

ARRESTS

Joshua Atchley, 34, Odon, was arrested Wednesday, no arresting agency given, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated greater than or equal to .15% and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance. No bond was set.

Duke Webber, 24, Washington, was arrested Thursday by Washington City Police on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. He is free on $2,500 bond.

Ronald L. Seal, 63, Loogootee, was arrested Thursday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than or equal to 0.15 percent and operating while intoxicated creating endangerment. He was being held without bond.
