7:38 a.m. — Deputies responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident at the intersection of CR 900E and CR 700S.

CITY REPORT

10:53 a.m. — A Washington Utility line crew reported something caught a power line at 1000 E. Main St. The crew said the line had been pulled away from the house and had damaged the siding on the building.

11:38 a.m. — A woman told police someone broke into her home at 901 Abel Lane and took a PlayStation.

12:15 p.m. — Officers received a report that someone took the license plate off of a car at 109 Jamestown Square.

ARRESTS

Cody M. Simmons, 25, Washington, was arrested Wednesday by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for a revocation order for non-support of a child. He was being held without bond.

Paul G. Holman, 58, Washington, was arrested Thursday by Washington City Police on charges of intimidation, pointing a firearm at another person, possession of a handgun without a license, and criminal recklessness. He was being held without bond.

The Daviess County Emergency Management Agency reports SR 257 remains closed at the Pike-Daviess County line.
