Washington High School senior quarterback Trey Reed has been nominated for the National Football Foundation – State of Indiana “Scholar-Athlete” Award.
Trey was nominated as the representative for the Southern Indiana Chapter of the National Football Foundation for this prestigious student-athlete honor. He is one of four representing their regional chapter.
The four regional chapters are the Southern Indiana Chapter, the Central Indiana Chapter, the Moose Kraus Chapter (NE Indiana) and the Joe Tiller Chapter of NW Indiana. One of the four nominees will be awarded the 2021 National Football Foundation – Indiana “Scholar-Athlete” Award later this month.
Reed has also been named to the North-South All-Star team, was an All-PAC basketball player and will be attending Indiana State to play baseball in the fall. He is the son of Steve and Elizabeth Reed.
